Sergio Avedian has it all: a beautiful wife, a gorgeous house on top of mountain, incredible kids any parent would be proud of, and he even hosts the most interesting and informative YouTube shows about rideshare driving around — The Show Me The Money Club.

The show is great because, as we showed you two years ago, Sergio is obsessed with Uber, Lyft and all the other side-hustle gigs.

Unlike most drivers Sergio uses his Wall Street background to plot charts, create spreadsheets, and take in all the info he gets from hundreds of drivers around the world, to maximize his time behind his hybrid to get the most out of driving Angelenos around the Valley and other parts of LA.

After we met in 2022 for the podcast interview we became friends and after one of our epic phone calls we agreed that maybe we should record one of them so the world could hear what two guys who love the rideshare game sound like when they can’t stop talking about strategies, and adjusting to the ever-changing ways that Uber and Lyft try to screw over its heart and soul: the drivers.

So sit back and enjoy over two and a half hours of Sergio talking about what makes driving different today than even a couple of years ago, what passengers should know is going on with their drivers, and what the rideshare companies should be doing to both increase their business without cheating their independent contractors.

There’s something in here for everyone, including the sweet story about how Sergio met his wife, and what locations you will Never see him picking passengers up at.
